I am currently teaching classes for both children and adults on Friday of each week. These are on-going classes where the students work at their own speed. Members of a class could range from raw beginners to having several years of painting experience. The big advantage of teaching in this way is you are only competing with yourself in  your ability to produce good art. Beginners have the opporlearn from the more advanced students as well as from the instructor. It is very encouraging for a student who is just starting out to look at someone who has been there for a year and know they can also attain that same level of skill within a relatively short period of time.

Children's Oil Painting Classes
Every Friday
3:30 - 5:00
$20 a class - includes supplies 
payable the 1st week of each month

A number of years ago Tom Browning wrote a book entitled  "Timeless Techniques in Oil" I always thought it was one of the best book ever written on painting.
